A practical overview of information collected through this website and how to contact us about it.
Who operates this website
Puget Sound Digital is led by Ryan Naylor. This notice explains how information is handled through pugetsounddigital.com, including project inquiries and client accounts.
Project inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, we receive the contact, organization, website, project goals, and optional planning details you provide. We use them to respond, assess the project, and manage follow-up. Submissions are stored in the website administration system and may be delivered to our administrative email inbox. Technical information such as submission time, IP address, and browser details may be recorded with a submission for administration and abuse prevention.
Client accounts and project content
Client workspace records can include your profile, project messages, documents, and other content you share for the work. We use these records to coordinate requests, reviews, and delivery. Account and project activity may generate email notifications. Please share only content you are entitled to provide, and use the agreed secure method for passwords or other account credentials.
Hosting, security, and cookies
Hostinger provides website hosting, and Cloudflare supports the domain and website delivery or security configuration. These providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details to operate and protect their services. WordPress uses cookies for sign-in and session preferences. You can control cookies through your browser; blocking necessary cookies can prevent account sign-in from working.
Service providers and external links
Website information is processed through the hosting, backup, website software, and email services used to run this site and communicate about projects. Links to client websites and other services lead to independently operated sites with their own privacy practices. Do not submit payment card details, passwords, or sensitive personal records through the public inquiry form.
Retention and requests
Inquiry and project records are kept for follow-up, ongoing work, administration, and applicable recordkeeping needs. Retention depends on the type of information and the relationship. Backup copies may remain until the relevant backup cycle expires. To ask about information you have submitted, or request access, correction, or deletion, contact Ryan through the project inquiry form and identify your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
Updates to this notice
We may update this notice as the website and its tools change. The current version is published on this page. Last updated: September 28, 2026.
