A little clarity before we begin
Good questions.
Straightforward answers.
An introduction to website projects and ongoing digital partnerships. Your proposal defines the specifics of your project.

Do you only build websites?
Websites are our starting point. We can also connect forms, payments, email, and other tools, then stay involved through ongoing management, content, and optimization.
Can you improve an existing website?
Yes. We start by reviewing what you have, what works, and what gets in the way. The right recommendation may be focused improvements, a redesign, or a new build.
What does a project cost?
Pricing follows the scope: page structure, content, integrations, design needs, and ongoing support. After an initial conversation, you receive a defined proposal rather than a one-size-fits-all package.
What happens after launch?
We plan the handoff and explain ongoing options. PSD Digital Partner can provide a continuing relationship, with priorities, included work, and response expectations agreed in your scope.
How long will the project take?
Timing depends on the scope, content readiness, integrations, and review availability. We agree on a working schedule after discovery and revisit it if the scope changes.
Who provides the website content?
We agree on the content responsibilities up front. Your business knowledge and approvals are essential. Copy organization, photography, video, or other content support can be scoped into the project.
How do revisions work?
The proposal defines the review stages and included revision scope. Consolidated feedback keeps decisions clear. Additional requests are discussed before extra work begins.
Who owns the website and domain?
Ownership, licensing, hosting access, and handoff are defined in the agreement. We aim for clear account responsibilities and practical access rather than uncertainty about who controls what.
Can you work with our hosting and domain?
We review the current setup first. Existing hosting and domain arrangements can often be preserved if they support the project requirements.
Can you build an online store or event experience?
Yes. Payments, catalogues, registration, and event workflows can be included after we review your requirements and the platforms involved.
Can you connect tools we already use?
We review each tool’s available integration options, account permissions, and limitations before recommending an approach.
Do you provide photography and video?
Creative production can be scoped around your website and communication needs. We agree on the deliverables, usage, schedule, and production requirements in advance.
Do you guarantee search rankings?
No. We can improve search foundations, content structure, and the measurement setup, but rankings depend on factors no agency can guarantee.
What are the payment terms?
Payment milestones and terms are set out in your proposal and agreement before work begins.
Do you work outside Tacoma?
Yes. PSD is rooted in Tacoma and the Puget Sound, and can work with clients outside Washington when the project and relationship are a good fit.
How do we send files and feedback?
The project onboarding process establishes your workspace and content requests. Keep submissions organized by page or request, and use the agreed secure method for account access.
A good next step starts with a conversation.
Tell us what you’re working toward. We’ll help identify the website, systems, and support that fit.
